We offer a 30-day return policy — no questions asked. If your bag isn't right for you for any reason, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll take care of you.
We'll provide a prepaid return label. A flat $7 shipping fee is deducted from your refund.
Purchased from marloru.com: Choose a full refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a replacement — your call.
Purchased from an authorized retailer: We'll send you a replacement.

Refunds
